For cotton candy: do flavors include color, and how do I reach a burgundy shade?
Edited
Our cotton candy products are separated into flavor-only and color-only offerings — they're not always combined in a single product. To add color to cotton candy, you'll need to incorporate a color product separately into your floss sugar. For burgundy specifically, add a natural red powder to the floss sugar and increase the amount gradually until you approach your target shade. Keep in mind that natural pigments have a ceiling on how dark they can go, and heat during the spinning process will affect the final color. Expect a deep natural red-to-burgundy range rather than a saturated synthetic burgundy.
