How strong are your flavor concentrates and what's the recommended dosage?
Edited
Typical starting ranges depend on the application:
0.25–1% by weight for delicate applications like ice cream
Around 1% for many foods and beverages
Up to 2–4% maximum depending on the flavor and formula
Going above about 4% can introduce off-notes or a “burning” sensation. Powdered flavors and high-potency concentrates (such as 3x or 4x) should always be measured by weight, especially in small batches, since they are very strong.
